Four Seasons: final bids due 11 June with three bidders remaining - Proprietary Intelligence

Final bids for Alchemy-backed Four Seasons, the UK nursing homes operator, need to be placed by the 11 June, it is understood. Electra, Charterhouse and a third bidding group comprising Blackstone and Legal & General Ventures remain in the auction.

Blackstone is working with L&G, as they intend to supplant the outgoing Four Season's management team with their counterparts from L&G's Craegmoor Healthcare.

Previous reports suggest finals offers will be in the range of GBP 700m-800m.
